ZOOM CLASS TYPES

FULL BODY PILATES:

Strengthen your entire body through traditional pilates movements mixed with exercises to help you increase muscle tone, overall strength, and improve flexibility.

Class Price: $20

Class Time: 45 minutes

Stretch Focus 15:

A little TLC just for you! Stretch and improve your overall flexibility during this slower paced class that’s designed to release areas of tension.

Class Price: $15

Class Time: 15/20 minutes

Zoom Pilates 101’s

Don’t stress, here’s all you need to know!

HOW TO SIGN UP:

- Select a class, then create your online account and sign the waiver.

- After purchasing the class, a confirmation Zoom link will be sent to your email with login instructions.

Class Structure:

Adjustments given for anyone that wants them/has their camera on. Katie does the workout with you and explains where you should feel it, muscles used, etc.

NEW STUDENTS: All classes are great for beginners! No equipment needed!

Optional: Hand weights, resistance band, and ankle weights. Modifications are always given and if you have any previous injuries, please let Katie know in advance!
